Does your baby seem to be delayed in attaining their milestones like holding up their head, rolling over, sitting, crawling or walking?

Does your baby appear very floppy and underactive?

Do you compare them to other babies and find that they seem to be slower than the rest?

Is your baby a fussy eater and does it take you ages to get them to eat?

Does your baby appear to cry for no particular reason and is easily frightened?

Has your doctor expressed concern regarding their delayed development?
If any of these answers is yes, then you may need an Occupational therapist to assess and treat your baby.
INTERVENTION GROUP
All premature babies born less than 37 weeks and babies 0-4 years
Babies diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), hydrocephaly, spinal bifida, Erb’s palsy, limb deformities, cerebral palsy and all syndromes.

Splinting and positioning intervention

Play therapy group sessions

Treatment is done in the hospital inpatient, clinic outpatient setting and home-based visits
